Quality
The Comitment at ETI is to continued improvement
in its Total Quality Management efforts. The process starts with a feasibility
study, a careful selection of only the best raw materials, and multiple discussions
on the best mold design to use.
The
customer's incoming inspection criteria, when provided, is reviewed to insure
compliance. On the rare occasions when none exist, industry wide standards are
closely adhered to by the department.
The materials are "benchmark"
Class VI tested and matched to The customer's wishes with Industry offerings.
Materials can also be formulated to meet specific customer requirements, when
no market offering Exists.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) are
the cornerstone of the efforts. ETI employees are also schooled in Statistical
Process Control and the Company is ISO-9000 Certified.
